So, keeping healthy and fit, it’s super important for our overall wellbeing. When we’re healthy, we’re full of energy and we can do all sorts of things. Getting there means eating well. Now, fitness requires some physical activity. It could be anything from playing a sport like soccer or basketball, to cycling, swimming, walking, or running. Regular exercise does wonders for our body, it improves our heart health and even boosts our mood by making our brain release those feel-good chemicals. Combining good nutrition and regular exercise, that’s the secret to better sleep, improved learning, and more fun with friends. Embracing a healthy and fit lifestyle is one of the best ways to take care of our physical and mental health, now and for the future.
