To ensure my mental well-being, I resort to various strategies that include engaging in light-hearted play with my pet, seeking solace in nature’s lap in the park, and delighting in the shared pleasure of ice cream with my friends. One particularly momentous occasion that sparked great joy in me was an unexpected birthday party thrown by my friends. Not only was there an abundance of cake and games, but I was also showered with thoughtful gifts. My parents’ presence, coupled with their expression of pride, amplified my joy manifold. The unexpected nature of the event and the immense happiness it generated are etched in my memory. Upon reflection, I believe that it is crucial to immerse ourselves in happiness-inducing activities for the sake of our psychological and emotional well-being.
