When I’m feeling stressed, I have a few coping mechanisms that I tend to rely on. Initially, I attempt to engage in an activity that I thoroughly enjoy, such as immersing myself in a good book or binge-watching an engaging series. This allows me to divert my attention from whatever is causing my anxiety. On occasion, I’ll opt to go for a brisk walk outside. Interacting with nature and getting some physical exercise invariably uplifts my spirits. If those tactics don’t suffice, I won’t hesitate to reach out to a trusted friend or a family member. It’s crucial to express what you’re going through because everyone experiences stress, and it’s perfectly okay to seek support.
