I am currently employed at a local bakery. My responsibilities include ensuring a sufficient supply of bread and cakes for our clientele. I find great satisfaction in my work, largely due to the joy it brings to people. The moment customers step in and are greeted by the aroma of fresh bread, their faces light up. Apart from this, the job provides me with valuable insights into business operations. Critical aspects such as daily inventory management to avoid wastage and setting competitive pricing structures to attract customers form part of my learning. Although it’s demanding, the experience is thoroughly enriching.
