Imagine learning as a way of picking up new stuff and getting the hang of it. Now, think of education as going to school and learning from teachers. They’re both pretty important for everyone. They help us to know more about the big wide world and to get better at doing things. When we’re at school, we learn a lot. We learn to read and write, and how to work with numbers. We find out about different people and places, about nature, and all about the world around us. Plus, we learn to work together, which we call teamwork. But learning and education can also be fun! We can learn from books, computers, or even while playing games. Or we can learn by getting stuck in and doing things – that’s what we call hands-on learning. It doesn’t matter how old you are, everyone can learn. You can keep learning your whole life. This is what we call lifelong learning. Learning and education are great for us. They help us do well in life and make the world a better place.
